I have owned 3 bullet blenders, this one replaces one I left at my old house with my roommate. They last SO LONG!! I work in a vegan restaurant and use these once in a while for small amounts of dressings we use. So when I was in the market for a personal blender for smoothies and dressings/sauces for 2, I knew I wanted this…. and boy does it deliver! I love prepping the smoothies the night before in the containers. Which reminds me. I need to buy more tops and cups for them. That way I can prepare for the whole week. The blender is strong enough to blend frozen fruit but I think from now on I’m gonna steer away from kale. It just doesn’t pulverize it enough. So from now on. Just spinach. Highly recommend it. And it’s the perfect size for a small apartment and it is easily stored in the cabinet if you need to clear off the countertop.

Bought this to replace my previous one, which lasted about 10 years, and used it an average of twice per day. The prior one was a little on the loud side, this new one is very quiet. I only use it to make protein smoothies, which it does a great job of, and is easy to use and clean. Never tried it for other items, but see no reason why it would not work well for them. I’ve read some complaints about not chopping ice well, I don’t know what they mean because for me it does an excellent job on the ice. I’ve also noticed a reviewer complaining about it being lighter with more plastic than before, however, I see that as a good thing. For only $40, it is perfect for what I need.
